Disclaimer: Due to the pandemic, the demand for pets needing care increased, while the shortages of staffing in the veterinary industry remained the same. As a result, it is taking longer then usual to get in for an appointment. Please be patient with us as our team is working long hours with reduced team capacity to treat all our patients like they are their own. Our team is part of the process on policies, but they are not responsible for setting them in place. They simply do not deserve any negative treatment over the phone about the current waiting time to get in for an appointment. Please be kind.

Before we set up your pets first visit, we have the following requirements:
Complete a New Client Registration Form online.
Send your pet's complete medical records to us. These can be uploaded directly on the New Client Registration Form or emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Complete medical records include medical exams, labwork, vaccination history, etc. If you do not have this- please call your previous veterinarian and have them email it to us directly. If your pet does not have any previous medical history, please upload what you have regarding vaccination status or any other important information we need to know on the new client form.
Review our financial policy. In order to provide your pet with the highest quality veterinary care, payment must be made at the time services are rendered. At the same time, we understand that medical expenses can be unexpected, which is why we offer a handful of payment options including: cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, and ScratchPay.
Understand that we are booking a several weeks out for routine wellness visits. We occasionally have cancellations, so getting all the above information to us as soon as possible will make it easier to get your pet in sooner, if earlier appointment does become available.
A client service representative will get in touch with you regarding an appointment using the preferred method listed on your registration form. Please note that due to an unusually high call volume, and number of pet's waiting to be seen, it may be 3-5 days before we are able to contact you to set up an appointment. In the case of an emergency or urgent issue, please call us directly- we want to do our best to help!
